Breakproof bar stem, also called muddler, with 24 cm handle length optimised for use in »Tea-Jay on the rocks«. The rounded knob nestles comfortably in the hand, and the handle is extra wide and ribbed in design. Use: Since fresh ingredients are increasingly used for cocktails, there is a new technique: gentle crushing.
