Nachtisch geht immer! Diese himmlische Creme für Teeliebhaber sowieso. Unsere Ostfriesenmischung Easy Friesy sorgt für die kräftige Note, ein Schuss Kirschwasser oder Rum und frische Minze runden die süße Köstlichkeit ab.

Milch

Schlagsahne

Kirschwasser
oder Rum
Frische Minze zum Garnieren
Preparation
Zubereitung
1. 150 ml Wasser aufkochen und Tee aufbrühen und abgießen.
2. Eier trennen. Eigelb mit dem Zucker und der Vanille zu einer schaumigen Masse schlagen.
3. Milch mit Sahne sowie dem Schwarztee in einem Topf kurz aufkochen und vom Herd nehmen.
4. Die Ei-Zuckermasse unterrühren.
5. Agar-Agar in etwas kaltem Wasser auflösen und in die Creme einrühren. Für 5 Minuten unter ständigem Rühren aufkochen lassen.
6. Kirschwasser oder Rum einrühren.
7. Ostfriesische Teecreme in Gläser füllen und mind. 4 Stunden im Kühlschrank kalt stellen.
