For each glass (approx. 0.25 l) or jug (approx. 0.4 l), pour one Space sachet with boiling (!) water and steep for 2-3 (3-4) minutes. Enjoy hot, pure or with a little honey. Inner Light consists of 56% herbal ingredients, which require brewing with boiling water. The matching green tea is chosen extra robust and the brewing time recommendation is extra short with 2-3 minutes, so that the preparation method suits all ingredients.
