Ingredients

1 Cup(s) Tel Sehriye (Fadennudeln)

1 Cup(s) Reis

3 Cup(s) gek. Wasser

1 Cup(s) Istanbul Nights Tee (Space Beutel)

2 Tablespoon(s) Margarine / Sonnenblumenöl

3 Teaspoon(s) Salz

Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Reis waschen und abtropfen lassen, Wasser im Wasserkocher kochen.

2. 1 Tasse Istanbul Nights Tee vorbereiten.

3. In einer etwas höheren Pfanne mit Deckel die Margarine / das Sonnenblumenöl, bei höchster Stufe, zum Schmelzen bringen.

4. Die Fadennudeln dazu geben und diese anbraten bis sie hellbraun werden. Dann erst den Reis dazu und diesen kurz mitanbraten. Anschließend 3 Tassen kochendes Wasser und die Tasse Istanbul Nights Tee dazu geben und kurz aufkochen (1 Minute).

5. Salz dazu geben, einmal rühren und dann den Herd auf die mittlere Stufe stellen und 15 Minuten mit Deckel köcheln (der Deckel sollte nicht ganz drauf sein). Sobald kaum mehr Flüssigkeit zu sehen ist, den Herd ausstellen.

6. 1 Blatt Küchenpapier auf die Pfanne legen, Deckel drauf und 10 Minuten ziehen lassen

Und zack – habt ihr einen Gaumenschmaus der Extraklasse, die ihr als gute Beilage zu allen Gemüse oder Fleischgerichten servieren könnt. Gekoppelt mit dem wohligen und zum Appetit anregenden Duft in eurer Küche.
