Mango Mousse

Diese leckere, einfache und erfrischende Mango Mousse ist super schnell gemacht und eignet sich ausgezeichnet als Nachspeise. Unsere aromatische Bio-Rooibos-Mischung Karibu Sun sorgt für eine leicht würzige Note.

Ingredients

2 reife Mango (ca. 500 g)

200 g Soja-Quark

2 Tablespoon(s) Zucker oder Sirup

150 ml Schlagcreme (vegan)

80 ml Karibu Sun Teemix (Bag in Box)

1 Teaspoon(s) Agar Agar

Preparation

Cooking time: 25 min

1. Mangofleisch mit einem Mixer oder Pürierstab fein pürieren und den Soja-Quark sowie den Zucker dazu geben. Alles gut verrühren.

2. Die Schlagcreme mit einem Handmixer aufschlagen.

3. In einem Topf 1 TL Agar Agar in 80 ml Karibu Sun komplett auflösen. Unter Rühren zum Kochen bringen und 2 Minuten köcheln lassen. Dann zügig unter die Mango-Masse rühren.

4. Zum Schluss die aufgeschlagene Schlagcreme locker unterheben. Anschließend das Mango Mousse sofort in Gläser füllen und in den Kühlschrank stellen.

5. Tipp: Um den Stein aus der Mango zu lösen, Mango mit einem Messer dem Stein entlang halbieren und mit einem Esslöffel den Stein lösen.
