samova Gründerin Esin und Kult-Koch Thomas Sampl von der Hamburger Hobenköök hatten schon lange die Idee, dieses traditionelle »Gute-Laune-Gebräu« einmal unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Das Ergebnis ist Schiet Happens: eine aromatische Bio-Kräuterkomposition aus 17 heimischen Wunderpflanzen, die sprichwörtlich graue Wolken vertreiben können. Und dabei ganz ohne zugesetzte Aromen auskommt!

I'm a little Friesian boy and live behind the dikeOur friend Thorn from East Friesland developed the secret recipe for "Easy Friesy" with us: fine organic black teas from Africa and India tell of eventful and modern times. This real "tea story" began with colonization and was always closely linked to the development of trade and the race of sailing fleets for ever shorter routes from Asia and Africa to Europe. Today, in the modern tea culture of samova, we honor this specialty as the most experienced in decelerating. Only a few insiders know that light beer from Hamburg was originally considered the main drink and food in East Frisia until reports of a decline in customs and work declined in the 16th and 17th centuries. Protestant preachers then praised tea as a God-given drink "against the devil" and the aromatic hot drink became popular among the population as a healthy alternative to beer. To date, no people drink more tea than the East Frisians, who - statistically speaking - enjoy around 300 liters per head per year. In December 2016, the German UNESCO Commission included the East Frisian tea ceremony in the nationwide directory of intangible cultural heritage. According to this, tea culture has an identity-creating function, structures everyday life and daily rhythms, creates social cohesion and is a recognition feature for the region.
